Refund and cancellation policy

Paid plans are prepaid via UPI. If your payment was not activated within 48 hours, or you were charged twice, contact us with the payment reference and UTR and we will activate or refund it.

Plans: Premium monthly ₹149 (30 days) and Founding member yearly ₹999 (365 days). You can cancel any time; alerts continue until the end of the paid period. Plans do not auto-renew.

TODO(legal-review): placeholder for a pro-rata or 7-day refund on the yearly founding plan (e.g. full refund within 7 days if no paid alerts were used; after that, unused months refunded at ₹149/month equivalent?). Decide and confirm before launch.
